Service Description. This Site describes Drywall Repair, Fence Repair, Faucet Replacement, Toilet Replacement, Lawn Mowing, Mulching Services, TV Mounting, Cabinet Installation provided by Simply Master Home Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. Simply Master Home Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://simplymasterhomeservices.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Simply Master Home Services makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Simply Master Home Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Simply Master Home Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
